Desire Path Agency – General Service Overview

At Desire Path Agency, we aim to be transparent about how we work. Below is a summary of our general policies and practices:

  • Scope of Services:
    We provide website updates, hosting (via a reseller program), domain and email management, and related digital support services.
  • Business Hours:
    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Support and Response Times:
    • General inquiries are responded to within 1–2 business days.
    • Critical outages (e.g., site down) are acknowledged within 2 business hours during normal business hours.
    • After-hours support is available with prior agreement and may incur additional fees.
  • Cybersecurity Practices:
    We follow industry best practices, including SSL security, regular updates, and multi-factor authentication where applicable. We expect clients to secure their local systems accordingly.
  • Data Storage and Backups:
    Website and email data backups are maintained per hosting provider policies, typically with a 30-day retention window.
  • Billing Practices:
    Billing terms vary by client and project. Standard payment terms are Net 15 (due 15 days after invoicing). Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
  • Domain and Email Management:
    For clients who use our management services, we facilitate domain and email renewals. However, ultimate responsibility for timely renewal rests with the client.
  • Confidentiality:
    All client information is treated as confidential and is protected from disclosure.
